INTRODUCTION

BiditPro LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your
privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you
share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the BidItPro
mobile applications and website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using BidItPro, you consent to the data practices described in this
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices,
please do not use our Platform.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide Directly

Account Information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (required for verification)
• Password (stored in encrypted form)
• Profile photo (optional)

For Homeowners:

• Service address(es)
• Job descriptions and service requests
• Photos of property/lawn/trees (for job posts)
• Communication preferences

For Contractors:

• Business name and information
• Service areas and types offered
• Insurance documentation
• License numbers (where applicable)
• Payment information for Connection Fees (processed by Stripe)

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Platform, we automatically collect:

• Device information (type, operating system, unique identifiers)
• IP address and general location data
• App usage data and interaction patterns
• Push notification tokens
• Crash reports and performance data

Information from Third Parties

• Payment processing data from Stripe
• Analytics data from service providers
• Verification data for Contractor insurance

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Create and manage your account
• Facilitate connections between homeowners and Contractors
• Process Connection Fee payments
• Send notifications about jobs, bids, and messages
• Verify Contractor credentials and insurance
• Improve and optimize our Platform
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• Respond to customer support requests
• Send administrative communications
• Comply with legal obligations

PII PROTECTION SYSTEM

BidItPro employs an automatic Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
filtering system to protect users before the Connection Fee is paid.

Pre-Payment Protection:

• Phone numbers, email addresses, and social media handles are
  automatically redacted from messages between homeowners and
  Contractors before the Connection Fee is paid
• This protects both parties and maintains platform integrity
• Full contact information is only shared after the Contractor pays the
  Connection Fee

Post-Payment Access:

Once the Connection Fee is paid, both parties have access to each
other’s contact information to coordinate service delivery directly.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With Other Users

• Job details and photos are visible to Contractors in the service area
• Contractor profiles, ratings, and reviews are visible to homeowners
• Contact information is shared only after Connection Fee payment

With Service Providers

• Stripe for payment processing
• Cloud hosting providers (Supabase/AWS)
• Analytics providers
• Push notification services

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or
government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect
our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

If BiditPro LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets,
your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is
active or as needed to provide services. Specific retention periods:

• Account data: Until account deletion, plus 30 days for backup recovery
• Job and bid history: 3 years after completion for dispute resolution
• Messages: 2 years after last activity
• Payment records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Analytics data: 2 years in aggregated form

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about
you.
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information through your
account settings or by contacting us.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
(subject to legal retention requirements).
Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications (you will still
receive essential service notifications).
Push Notifications: Disable push notifications through your device
settings.

DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Secure password hashing
• Access controls and authentication requirements
• Regular security assessments
• Row-level security on database records
  However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic
  storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your
  information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

BidItPro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn
that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete
that information promptly.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We
are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We
encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any
information.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents have additional rights under the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what personal information is collected, used, and shared
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale of personal information (we do not sell
  personal information)

INTERNATIONAL USERS

BidItPro is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform
from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and
processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ
from your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you
of material changes by posting the new policy on the Platform and
updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform
after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised
policy.
